So we are finally venturing outside little by little? Well, I know I am. Of course taking all the necessary precautions we are still required to take (still a pandemic going on guys). I know all of us are trying to soak in this last bit of nice weather, which means using all of our summer outfits. But in times like this I think we are all opting for a comfy outfit while being out and about. Long walks = being comfy. But comfy does not automatically mean sweats (Well, not for me lol). I am happy to report that sneakers have been making a huge comeback into our wardrobes. Any kind of sneakers really, but I wanted to shine light on platform sneakers since they’ve been having their moment too. Especially since the 90’s trends are making their way back too.

Here’s my take on incorporating platform sneakers to my outfit for my most recent outing, which I have decided to call “Streetwear Chic”. Being that I decided to focus the platform sneakers as the statement making piece. My top & bottom were kept very minimalistic, but decided to accessorize my outfit with the shades my girl Desi Perkins just launched for her brand DEZI.

My final verdict on both the platform sneakers and Desi’s shades are all Francisca Approved. Being that they made my Streetwear Chic outfit very fashion forward without having the need to be too dressed down. But honestly speaking the sneakers were not heavy as I thought they would be & please do not get me started on the shades. They were everything in regards to quality, very luxe & the detail on them were just absolutely everything.
